Checkout & Card Payment Problems


When nothing shows up in your shopping basket, it usually means that ‘cookies’ have been disabled in your browser. When you put something in your shopping basket our website puts a ‘cookie’ on your computer which is a tiny piece of information that holds the content of your shopping cart until you go to the checkout. No cookies enabled means no memory of your shopping basket.

If you are using Internet Explorer you can change this fairly simply by selecting the ‘Tools’ menu, then ‘Internet Options’ and the ‘Privacy’ tab. Either change the ‘Privacy Level’ to ‘Medium’ or click on the ‘Sites’ button, type in ‘’ and click ‘allow’. Then go to our website and see if the shopping basket has got a memory of your requests.

We know you’ll often be ordering things you need in a hurry. If we have the products you order in stock – and we usually do – we’ll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. As soon as we send your parcel, we send an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery time.

Out-of-Stock Products

Occasionally a product which you order may be out of stock. In this case, we’ll contact you promptly with an update on when it will be sent.


We offer tracked Courierpost delivery within New Zealand on all orders for a flat fee of $5.00.


We do not accept returns for any reason other than damage to product upon arrival.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your goods don’t reach you in perfect condition please notify us as soon as possible. Please don’t return damaged goods without notifying us first, as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from our end. Please keep any packaging and damaged items as they are received, as these are required for the claim process.

In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn’t reach you within the expected delivery time-frame (NZ = 7 working days) of our having emailed you confirmation of dispatch, please let us know.

  • For us to be able to assist you with regards to a missing parcel please contact us within 90 days of your parcel’s dispatch.
  • For us to be able to assist you with regards to a damaged parcel please contact us within 7 days of your parcel’s delivery date.

After these times we will, unfortunately, be unable to assist you.

International Shipping

We currently only ship the products on this website within New Zealand. If you wish to purchase YES products from outside of NZ please buy from the supplier directly.
